The Customer agrees that the Company may:
Disclose the information relating to the Customer’s trading history and activities to a credit reporting agency in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and
Give or obtain a report regarding the Customer’s commercial activities and commercial creditworthiness, credit standing, credit history or credit capacity from a credit reporting agency or disclosed by a credit reporting agency that they are allowed to give or receive under Privacy Act 1988.
